New Timetable

New Timetable 6th June 2022

Earlier this year we shared with you a proposal to change the timings of the school day and offered you an opportunity to provide feedback on the proposal. Following a meeting of the Board of Governors, and in reviewing the results of the consultation, Governors have voted unanimously in favour of the change and agreed, as proposed to pilot the changes in the summer term.

Therefore, after half term, the timings of the school day will be as shown.

As previously mentioned, the move to this new proposal will allow for more time to deepen our Design & Technology provision as well as provide guided reading for pupils in every year group.  Evidence across the country has shown that the literacy levels of pupils have been severely impacted as a result of the pandemic.  We are taking pro-active steps to ensure that all of our students are afforded the time to develop these skills further.
