It was wonderful to welcome our Year 7 Parents into the school with an evening of information as well as cheese and wine.
Ms Fulla, Head of Year 7, got the evening under way and provided some salient advice to new Year 7 parents whilst members of staff served parents drinks and stopped to talk through what they would be teaching their children this year. It was also a fantastic opportunity for new parents to meet one another and build bonds that will last the course of five years.
Finally, Mr O'Neill addressed the parents and highlighted the outstanding success of the outgoing year 11 students and stated that he wanted the new Year 7 to do even better in five years time.
It truly was a wonderful occasion and served to get the year off to a successful start.
