Next term, the Engagement Team will be running Get on Your Bike—an initiative designed to support students receiving mentoring through an active and engaging experience.
We are inviting staff to join students on a bike ride and picnic lunch—a great opportunity to build relationships, promote well-being, and enjoy the outdoors.
Cycling is one of the best ways to reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke. There are twice as many bicycles in the world as cars!
