World Book Day 2025

The winning team - Creative Tech!

✨ Last Thursday, our staff went all out for World Book Day! 📚

Roles were reversed as each department embraced a different theme, and pupils loved seeing their teachers in full costume all day! The celebrations lasted all week, featuring:

📖 A Book Swap Event

🎭 A ‘Create a Scene’ competition (with a pizza party for the winners!)

🧠 A World Book Day Quiz in Tutor Groups

✍️ A Meet the Author event for Year 7 with Sophie Anderson, the Carnegie Shortlisted author of the bestseller ‘House with Chicken Legs’
