Year 9 Trip to see Dracula

On Wednesday, 60 of our Year 9 students visited the Lyric Theatre, Hammersmith, to watch a stage adaptation of Dracula. As part of their English curriculum, students are currently exploring gothic literature, so this production offered a valuable opportunity to see gothic conventions and characters brought vividly to life.

The modern adaptation was full of unexpected twists and turns, and our students were captivated as the spooky story unfolded on stage — complete with eerie sounds, ominous darkness, and even a few jump scares!
