CATHOLIC Life
Faith in action
Living our Catholic faith through service, generosity and care for others.
Service
Putting faith
into action
At All Saints Catholic College, faith is not only something we speak about. It is something we try to live.
Our Catholic mission calls us to notice the needs of others, respond generously and build a community where every person is valued. Through fundraising, charitable work and acts of service, students are encouraged to see that even small actions can make a real difference.
Charity
Supporting charities throughout the year
Throughout the school year, students and staff raise money for a range of charities and good causes. We work with and support organisations including Mary’s Meals, Macmillan Cancer Support, Catholic Children’s Society, Women’s Aid and other charities chosen by the school community.
Fundraising at All Saints is often full of energy and imagination. Students find their own ways to get involved, from sponsored walks and collections to themed events and form-group challenges. It is a practical way for young people to learn generosity, compassion and responsibility.

Community
Christmas dinner
One of the most loved examples of Faith in Action at All Saints is the Community Christmas Dinner.
Each December, the school welcomes older members of the local community for a proper Christmas dinner, bringing people together for food, conversation, warmth and celebration. It is a simple but powerful act of hospitality, and a reminder that Catholic education is about serving the wider community, not only those within the school gates.
Students and staff help make the event special by creating a welcoming atmosphere and sharing the joy of Christmas with local residents.
Christmas giving
Christmas
shoebox appeal
The school also supports seasonal acts of giving, including the Christmas Shoebox Appeal. These projects give students and families a practical way to share kindness and support people who may be facing difficulty at Christmas.
Further details are shared with families when these appeals take place.
