History of the school

The story of All Saints Catholic College, its Catholic roots and its continuing mission in North Kensington.

History

A school shaped by faith and community

All Saints Catholic College is a relatively new school with a much deeper story behind it.

The buildings and community that now form All Saints have been shaped by generations of Catholic education in North Kensington. Across different names, structures and seasons of change, the purpose has remained constant: to serve young people and families through faith, learning and community.

Catholic Education

Honouring the past, serving the future

All Saints Catholic College holds its history close while continuing to build a school for today's students and families.

The legacy of St Charles, Cardinal Manning and Sion-Manning remains part of the school’s identity. That history continues through the students, staff, families and wider community who shape All Saints Catholic College today.

Tradition and Ambition

The Manning Award for excellence

In 2018, the school launched The Manning Award for Excellence in honour of its rich history.

The award is a year-long programme designed to challenge students and help them develop skills for sixth form, university and life beyond school. Students complete a dissertation-style project on a subject of their choosing, carrying out research and exploring a question linked to their chosen topic.

Through the Manning Award, students are encouraged to think deeply, work independently and grow in confidence as learners.
