The role of the governing body
The Board of Governors plays an important role in the life and leadership of All Saints Catholic College.
Governors work with the Headteacher and senior leaders to support the strategic direction of the school, uphold its Catholic mission, promote high standards, monitor school performance and ensure that the school’s finances and statutory responsibilities are managed properly.
The Headteacher is responsible for the day-to-day running of the school. The Board provides support, challenge and oversight.

Helping to ensure that finances, staffing and buildings are managed responsibly.

Overseeing governance, statutory duties and key school policies.
Board structure
Meetings and committees
The Board meets five times a year. It also has committees that meet at least termly, with a focus on finance, premises and personnel, curriculum, and Catholic life.
Governors may also take on specific link roles or support strategic projects, including safeguarding, SEND, wellbeing, risk management, finance, and Catholic life.

Current governors
The Board of Governors is made up of foundation governors, parent governors, staff governors, local authority governors and associate governors.
Together, they support the Headteacher and senior leaders in the strategic leadership of All Saints Catholic College. Governors bring a range of experience and responsibilities, including Catholic life, curriculum, finance, safeguarding, SEND, wellbeing and risk management.
Amanda Sayers – Foundation Governor, Chairman of the Board, Link Governor for Safeguarding and Future Direction of the School
I have been a governor in RBKC since 1999 and a foundation governor at the school since June 2015. I qualified as a barrister in 1984, spent ten years working in the corporate finance department of a Swiss bank (both in the City and in New York) before leaving to bring up my two sons. I am also Chairman of the Board of Governors at Bevington Primary School and St Matthew's Primary School in Westminster, a Member of the Schools' Forum and Chairman of the Chairs' Forum for RBKC. I belong to the parish of St Francis of Assisi and am a regular participant.
Chris Johnston – Foundation Governor, Vice Chair, Chair of Finance and General Purposes Committee
I have spent twenty-five years working in the financial services industry in the City. Most of these for two different investment banks, and more recently, for a boutique investment manager. I have been a Governor at the school since January 2017. I currently chair the Finance and General Purposes Committee where I use my experience to ensure the School's finances are managed properly. I belong to the parish of St Francis of Assisi.
Dr Michael Harrington – Foundation Governor
A summa cum laude graduate, and an alumnus of Harvard and the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, I have been a night volunteer at a London homeless shelter, a mentor at an international aid agency, and a former Justice of the Peace. I belong to the parish of Our Lady of Loreto and St Winefride, Kew. At All Saints I sit on the school's Finance & General Purposes Committee and am Link Governor for Effective Procurement and Benchmarking.
Mike Craven – Foundation Governor
I joined the board in May 2024. Previously I was chair of the board of governors of Cardinal Vaughan Memorial School for ten years until 2021. I founded a strategic public relations company, Lexington, in 1998 of which I am chair. I am also currently chair of the Catholic weekly magazine, The Tablet.
Ajay Narisetti – Staff Governor
I have been serving as Head of Religious Education at All Saints since 2023, actively contributing to the Catholic life of the school. Alongside my departmental leadership, I have continued to support the Engagement Team, fostering community and collaboration. Recently elected as Staff Governor, I bring not only extensive teaching experience and a proven record as a successful Head of Department, but also deep admiration for the transformative work taking place at All Saints — having previously worked in a nearby Catholic school. My commitment is to serve both as a teacher and as a governor with integrity, dedication, and fidelity to my conscience.
Associate Members of the Board
Hetty Fletcher – Associate Governor, Link Governor for SFVS, SFVD and Health and Safety
I have worked in the Financial Services Industry for the last 10 years. I have been a Governor at the school since 2021, having previously been on the board in 2017–18, broken up by a short break of living abroad. I currently sit on the Finance and General Purposes Committee where I use my experience to ensure the School's finances are managed properly.
Marsha Kutkevitch – Associate Governor, Link Governor for Health and Safety
Most of my career was spent in the investment banking sector, where I started in 2001. I have worked for large investment banks as well as smaller institutions, most recently setting up an advisory firm with my former colleagues. I have been a Governor at All Saints since 2017. I now serve on the Curriculum and Catholic Life Committee.
Esther Idoko
I joined the Board as an Associate Governor in 2025, supporting the Curriculum and Catholic Life Committee. I am a Project Management Consultant with over a decade of experience leading complex projects across the UK's public and private sectors. As a devout Christian raised in the Catholic tradition, I am strongly aligned with the values that underpin the school's mission and remain committed to promoting strong governance, academic excellence, and the Catholic ethos.
Grégoire Babin
Born and educated in France, I moved to London more than 20 years ago and landed in Marylebone, where I have stayed ever since. I have been working for US investment banks as a risk manager, with a focus on credit risk, portfolio management, risk frameworks and transformation. I am on the board of my local housing management company and joined the board of ASCC as an Assistant Governor in October 2025. I belong to the parish of St James's, Spanish Place.
Joselyn Joanes
I work in venture capital, focusing on investing in founders & companies that aim to revolutionise the way we live. Over the past decade, I have also had the privilege of supporting charities focused on education and innovation.
