At All Saints Catholic College, we aim to ensure that all spending delivers value and supports student outcomes.
This is achieved through careful planning, budget management, and ongoing review of how resources are used across the school.
During the last financial year, this has included:
- Negotiating value with suppliers and reviewing contracts
- Working collaboratively with local schools, the Diocese, and the Local Authority
- Using national procurement frameworks, including Crown Commercial Services
