STEM Racing Club Launches for Aspiring Engineers
Students with a passion for engineering, teamwork and competition are invited to join the new STEM Racing Club.
The club offers an exciting opportunity for students to work together in teams to design and build a race car from scratch before competing against other schools at regional racing events.
Members will develop valuable skills in engineering, technology, problem-solving and collaboration while taking part in a real-world STEM challenge. Participants will have the chance to:
- Design and engineer a race car
- Use industry-standard technology and software
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Build, test and race their vehicle
- Compete against other teams at regional events
The club is open to Year 9 to Year 11 students only, with teams consisting of 3 to 6 students. Places are limited, with space for up to five teams.
