On Wednesday 25th June, we proudly celebrated the incredible achievements of our Year 7 pupils at a special awards evening. Congratulations to all of our award winners—you have made a fantastic start to your journey at All Saints Catholic College. A heartfelt thank you also goes to our staff for their ongoing support and encouragement.

The evening also marked the launch of an exciting new initiative for next academic year:

Elev:8 – Igniting the Spark in Year 8

At All Saints, we believe every stage of a student's journey matters. While Year 7 brings transition and Year 9 maturity, Year 8 can sometimes lose momentum. Elev:8 changes that. This year-long programme positions Year 8 as a defining period of growth, aspiration, and opportunity.

Elev:8 is rooted in our school motto Orare, Laborare, Servire — To Pray, To Work, To Serve — and aims to:

Strengthen literacy and oracy through creative expression

Deepen subject engagement and raise academic attainment

Promote high attendance and effort

Foster spiritual and emotional development

Offer inclusive enrichment for all, especially SEND and disadvantaged pupils

We look forward to seeing our Year 8's flourish through this purposeful and inspiring new programme.
