Mission

Our Mission and Ethos

Orare. Laborare. Servire.

To pray, to work, to serve.

This is more than a motto. It shapes daily life at All Saints Catholic College.

Rooted in the Catholic faith, we seek to form young people who are thoughtful, resilient and generous. We want students to grow in wisdom, work with purpose and learn to serve others with courage and compassion.

Acting headteacher

Mr Walton

It is my privilege to welcome you to All Saints Catholic College.

Our vision is rooted in the Gospel: “I have come so that you may have life; life in all its fullness” (John 10:10). Guided by this Gospel truth, we are committed to helping every student flourish academically, spiritually and personally. Christ is at the heart of all that we do, inspiring our mission to provide an outstanding education grounded in Gospel values and the rich tradition of the Catholic faith.

Through our motto — Orare, Laborare, Servire (Pray, Work, Serve) — we seek to form young people who think deeply, act justly and serve generously. We believe education is about much more than academic success; it is about developing the whole person and enabling each student to discover and fulfil their God-given potential.

We are proud to be a high-achieving school where students make excellent progress and achieve strong outcomes. We hold high expectations for every learner and are committed to ensuring that all young people leave us well prepared for the next stage of education, employment and life.

A fulfilling education, however, extends far beyond the classroom. Students at All Saints benefit from a rich programme of enrichment opportunities in sport, music, the creative arts, faith, leadership and service. These experiences broaden horizons, build character and develop confidence, helping our students to live life in all its fullness.

Our work is shaped by three key pillars: Educatio, providing excellent learning; Formatio, nurturing faith and character; and Iustitia Socialis, fostering a commitment to justice and service to others, both locally and globally.

The strength of our community lies in the dedication of our staff, governors and leaders, who work together to model Christ’s love through service, integrity and compassion. As a Christ-centred community, we walk together in faith, recognising Christ in one another and encouraging every student to lead with hope, courage and purpose.

We hope this website gives you a glimpse into the vibrant life of our school and all that makes All Saints such a special place to learn, grow and flourish.
