Open Evening Success!

A Record-Breaking Open Evening!

We were delighted to welcome more than 1,000 prospective students, parents and carers to our Open Evening yesterday, making it our best attended Open Evening yet.

The atmosphere around the school was incredible as visitors had the opportunity to experience first-hand the vibrant learning opportunities and exceptional community that make our school such a special place. With even more families set to visit during our Open Mornings over the next two weeks, we are excited to continue sharing all that we have to offer.

Throughout the evening, prospective pupils immersed themselves in a wide range of interactive activities. They got the chance to conduct their own orchestra, put their maths skills to the test by spending their "money" at the Maths Sweet Shop, carried out exciting science experiments, took part in sporting activities, and enjoyed delicious canapés and bread-making demonstrations in Food Technology.

Visitors also saw 3D printing in action and even tackled some mysterious CSI-style investigations in English, showcasing the creativity and innovation that runs throughout our curriculum.

A special highlight of the evening was the performance from Schola, who provided beautiful music at each of our four parent Headteacher talks, helping to create a truly memorable experience for our guests.

The feedback from families was overwhelmingly positive, with many commenting on the warmth of the welcome they received, the enthusiasm of our students and staff, and the breadth of opportunities available at the school.

A huge thank you goes to all of the students and staff who contributed so much time, energy and passion to making the evening such a success. We are also incredibly grateful to the many families who joined us and helped make it such a fantastic occasion.

We look forward to welcoming many more visitors at our upcoming Open Mornings.
